Q. What is a personal concierge?
A. A personal concierge is a person whose service is designed to assist you with your daily tasks, allowing you more time for other things.

Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes, we are licensed and insured.

Q. What if a service I require is not listed?
A. Give us a call or email us we will do what we can to assist you.

Q. Do you run multiple errands on one job?
A. Yes, we will combine many of our services.

Q. Do you help out Child Care Providers?
A. We specialize in helping Child Care Providers. Personally understand the need to have help on a regular basis.

Q. How much notice is required for your services?
A. We prefer 24 hours notice if possible but we do realize this is not always the case. Give us a call and we will see if we can accommodate you.

Q. What are the hours you are open?
A. Our normal business hours are Mon. – Fri. from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 

Q. Do you have gift certificates available?
A. Yes. Gift certificates can be purchased for both our hourly rates and for our packages depending on your needs.

Q. Can you drive me to the shopping center?
A. Due to restrictions imposed by our insurance company, we are unable to transport clients nor can we drive clients vehicles.

Q. Where are you located and where are your services available?
A. We are located in Buford GA but depending on the service required, we can do many things for you anywhere.

Q. How Do I Make A Request?
A. We accept service orders via telephone, email, fax or web inquiry. We require a minimum of 24 hours to complete a service request, and will accommodate requests as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to accommodate emergency requests, although an additional service fee may be assessed at time of payment.
