Q. How long will it take to finish my house?

A. This is a easy/hard question…It depends on the service you request. It also depends on hold well you have kept your home cleaned.

Q. Is it possible to get a quote over the phone?

A. Absolutely! We do however recommend an in-home estimate as it's more accurate. But you are more than welcome to give us a call. We can ballpark it for you.

Q. Do we have to be home while they clean?

A. No, the ladies can work if you are not there. They would not mind if you choose to stay.

Q. How do we get you the key if we are not there?

A. Most of our customers leave the key underneath the front door mat; others in a place they know and call our office to let us know. We can keep the key or leave it back per your instructions.

Q. How many people will come? Can I have the same team every time?

A. We send teams of two nice ladies. They can go back each visit if you request them..

Q. . How do we pay you?

A. You can leave a check or money order with the cleaning ladies made out to IRYP Inc., call or e-mail us your credit/debit card information (card number and expiration date,) receive the invoice in your e-mail box to pay yourself online, and you can also pay them cash.

Q. Do I need to have the cleaning products on hand when the cleaning team shows up?

A. You're too busy to clean so we know you're probably to busy to shop. IRYP Inc., provides all cleaning products so you won't have to rush out to the store. These products are guaranteed to be safe for children and pets.

Q. Do you work weekends?

A. Yes, we do work Saturdays, but not Sundays

Q. We have pets; do you mind?

A. Not at all, we know pets are part of our families and are used to them. Only one thing: if your dog is big and barks, please keep themin a cage or somewhere it does not scare the maids.

Q. Am I responsible for the maids while they clean?

A. No, they work for IRYP Inc., which is responsible for their payment, insurance, taxes, etc. You hire IRYP Inc., not the cleaning ladies.

Q. Do you do background check on your people?

A. Yes, we do. Rest assured your home and belongings are handled by courteous, honest people, who have never been involved in any unlawful activity.

Q. What areas do you service?

A. We will service any area in the Atlanta Metro Area with a .40¢ a mile for any homes over 25 miles from our office zip code 30515

Q. Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?

A. In order to give you the greatest value, we ask you to take a few minutes the night before to pick up extraneous clothing, important documents, toys and other personal household items.

Q. . How and when do I pay for my cleaning?

A. You pay after the completion of your service. We will charge the credit card we have on file for you. One of our friendly and courteous customer service representatives will call you to provide you with details on your charges. A receipt will be emailed to you upon your request.
