Event/Party Sitter
Location: Buford,GA Shift: May vary, not to exclude evenings & weekend
Salary: Various-determined by assignment
DESCRIPTION:
Event Sitters service is perfect for people needing a flexible work schedule. This option is ideal for students or anyone who is looking to fill in their schedule. We are looking for part-time and on call staff. Some positions will be for individuals that are qualified to do child care at various locations for clients (weddings, parties, company picnics, etc.).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Staff duties include setup and break down of themed events/parties. Maybe asked to wear costumes or uniforms. Maybe tasked with serving snacks and refreshments.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate or equivalent. • Must be able to work with minimal supervision. • 3 professional childcare references from non-relatives • Must be a non-smoker • Must Be over 18 years old • Proof of legal US citizenship • Must have own transportation. • Must pass a Nationwide Criminal Background Check, Drug Screening and Sex Offender Check. • Have (or are willing to acquire) First Aid training and CPR certification • Agree to keep information about the families they interview with or work for confidential Physical Requirements: Must be friendly, outgoing and have a caring personality. Must be able to adequately perform required job functions. This includes being able to lift, bend, and move in such a way as to perform job tasks in a safe and approved manner. You must be able to lift 40 lbs.
