Account Manager

DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for account managers in the Atlanta area who are people oriented and committed to their community. I Run You Play account managers are responsible for customer satisfaction, some account management of existing customers, some new sales as well as acting as lead house cleaner (either alone or as part of a two or three person team). Senior account managers may also represent I Run You Play in local partners in education programs and at community events and assist in training other relationship managers. Account managers are responsible for overall customer satisfaction and resolving day to day customer concerns. The account manager is to insure that our customers select only appropriate maid services and products for their needs. Account managers not only provide cleaning for their client roster's homes but act as quality and security control manager the I Run You Play clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Being an appointment setter/inside sales representative to call on new businesses and responsible for meeting individual account sales objectives. This will involve quoting and closing commercial cleaning service contracts, lead generation, information involving competitors, meeting individual quotas and measurement of performance relative to individual objectives. Monthly commissions. Set your own hours. Pay based upon your ability to sell our services and close deals.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
4 year degree in business, marketing or sales preferred. Some college required.
At least 2 years of aggressive, polished professional sales experience and proven experience selling, negotiating and completing business transactions required;Desire to build a career in the home service industry. Commitment to the use of environmentally friendly products and services.Possess strong business ethics. Team oriented and customer satisfaction focused
